The Archive
By now, nine out of ten ought to know that the current archive is a hot mess. We have 4 key folders, out of which 3 are available, these are apps, games, manuals followed by screenshots.
In each folder, we have all the files from the corresponding category mashed together, and as unfortunate as it is, for manuals and screenshots, those contain both apps and games contents mashed together. Browsing these is more or less comparable to horrendous acts unspoken.
I have outlined a new design which is available via GitHub, and will be the design that will be kept moving forward, which means that everything needs to be in order before things can be sorted as factually appropriate as possible, in the best of worlds the margin of error is less than impactful and the product is something that can be browsed without issue if using something of a vintage computer.
I don't think there are a lot of visitors / users that have given the "Platform" key a second thought. All good and well though, I'm sure people will notice later. A small surprise.
