Proxy Server

As a compliment to the DNS server, this was placed lower in the list of priorities, mostly because I already have a DNS server to do what needs to be done, but I can certainly see the allure behind having a public proxy server available for users that don't want to go "all the way".

The most annoying thing that had to be figured out were how to access hosts behind cloudflare / haproxy and the likes, though that has finally been resolved, and I can finally continue working on the rest of the features for the proxy server.
What more is that the proxy server really does act like a proxy server, it does not transform or change content between source and destination. There are other proxies out there in the wild for that.

The goal with the proxy server is to be able to access the Vesper Network. Nothing more - nothing less.

A work in progress
The proxy server could certainly use more testing, but it feels somewhat stable enough to make it publicly available.

Features

Limitations
Due to the fact that the proxy server is open for public use, there are some forced limitations placed upon it. It's a small list, but in the grand scheme of things, they make sense.
